Court Documents Generator is designed so that I hold none of your information. This policy explains why, and your rights.

Your documents never leave your device

All document generation, including the preview and the Word download, happens locally in your web browser. The documents you draft are not uploaded to me or to anyone else. There is no server that receives them, and I cannot see them. Work saved with the Export Backup button is stored as a file on your own device.

My Documents stays on your device

Documents you keep in My Documents are stored only in this browser on this device, using the browser's own local storage. Nothing is uploaded, and I cannot see any of it. The browser can clear that storage, and Safari in particular may remove it after a period of inactivity, so use Export Backup to keep a permanent copy of a document or to move it to another device. If you are using a shared computer, export what you need and then delete your documents from My Documents when you have finished.

No account and no data collection

You do not need an account, and there is no sign-in. The generator collects no personal data about you: there is no server to receive it, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies, and I do not send marketing. Nothing you type is transmitted anywhere.

Retention

Because nothing you enter reaches me, there is nothing for me to retain. I keep no copies of your documents at any time.

Your rights

I hold no personal data about you through this tool, so there is nothing to access, correct, delete or port. You may still complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you have a concern, and you can contact me at the address above about anything in this policy.
